Located in the heart of the City of London, chef Victor Garvey's brief was simple: he wanted to create 'the kind of establishment Salvador Dali would have frequented'.

The bold palette of deep blue, expressive orange & Spanish sahara tones conjours up pure 'Castile', evoking bars in the Franco era of Hemingway, Dali and Picasso. Aged brass detailing and fittings add an undertone of classic sophistication.

Barullo was briefed to Lerose Design Studio on boxing day 2019, the concept was then developed, designed and on site by February 1st. LDS also took on the project management & QS role for this project, managing budgets, ordering all materials, Fixtures, fittings & equipment, checking insurances and booking trades. LDS managed the whole process from start to finish, for a successful, popular restaurant, delivered on time and well in budget, again meeting the restraints in these areas.
